Mr.Dopesh
Is the Managing Director of our Company. He holds a master’s in business administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, U.S.A. He holds a PGDMA (Family Managed Business) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, India. He holds a bachelor’s degree of engineering – mechanical (production) from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He is a member of CII FBN (India Chapter), Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council (PHARMEXIL) and Federation of Indian Exporting Organisations (FIEO). He has experience of more than eight years in setting up and running companies in the areas of manufacturing, research & development and is one of the promoters of Sarvotham Group – Hyderabad, India (A diversified family managed business with interests in manufacturing, research & development, real estate infrastructure and solar power generation for captive purposes). He has been on our Board since the incorporation of our Company.

Mr. Niranjan
Mr. Niranjan Dhadd leads our Quality Assurance Unit, exhibiting results-driven Quality Leadership with almost 15 years of experience in the life sciences, drug discovery, surgical, and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) compliance. He has a proven track record in establishing and managing independent Quality Assurance programs for non-clinical health and environmental safety studies.
Mr Niranjan Dhadd brings with him a wealth of cross-functional QA expertise derived from his tenure at diverse CROs and pharmaceutical giants, including Lupin Limited, Dabur Research Foundation, Bioneeds India Pvt Limited, Jubilant Biosys Limited, and Nicholas Piramal India Ltd.
By maintaining strict independence from study conduct, he provides an unbiased layer of protection for our clients, ensuring that every data point meets OECD/ 21 CFR Part 58 / EFSA requirements.
He acts as a primary point of contact during clients’ visits and has successfully overseen NGCMA regulatory inspections with no major findings, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and OECD GLP compliance.
Niranjan Dhadd manages our internal Quality Assurance Program, including study-based, process-based, process based and facility-based inspection to identify and mitigate risks before they impact the study timelines. He and his team ensure that compliance is integrated into every step of the study life cycle, providing clients with the confidence that their milestones are secured with elite-level technical oversight.
Head – Commercial Collaboration & Strategy
Mr. Ramakrishna Dasoju
Ramakrishna brings extensive experience in global business development, commercial strategy, and CRO ecosystem leadership, with a strong track record of building and scaling partnerships across the life‑sciences value chain. In his earlier role as Head of Global Business Development, he led strategic initiatives that repositioned organisations within the CRO landscape—strengthening service portfolios, improving market relevance, and enabling long‑term client collaborations through innovative and technology‑driven approaches.
At Vanta Bioscience, Ramakrishna serves as Head of Commercial Collaboration & Strategy, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion into new markets and therapeutic segments. His focus spans both domestic and international growth, with particular emphasis on strengthening strategic alliances and enhancing Vanta’s positioning as a trusted, end‑to‑end preclinical partner.
Ramakrishna is leading key initiatives at Vanta to deepen commercial collaborations and elevate how the organisation engages across the global CRO value chain. By integrating advanced commercial strategies with a strong understanding of science and regulatory pathways, he is driving the evolution of Vanta’s offerings across agrochemicals, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and biopharma. A core part of his work involves enabling and supporting technical advancements in next‑generation modalities, including cell and gene therapy (CGT), antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs), and other advanced platforms, while fostering efficient, high‑impact programme execution for clients.
His vision is centred on transforming Vanta Bioscience into a globally recognised CRO through innovation, collaborative partnerships, and strategic expansion, while maintaining strong scientific depth and operational excellence.
Ramakrishna holds a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology and a Business Excellence certification from IIM Kozhikode, a combination that allows him to bridge scientific understanding with commercial and strategic execution effectively.
